While on VPN, moby can't resolve private DNS · Issue #997

Symptoms: User can't access web base applications and unable to resolve DNS. Further investigations on client pc after connecting to VPN profile found out that there is a static host route on the PC for one of the DNS server IP but pointing to local host IP ( not the VPN IP). This host routes disappears once I disconnect from the VPN. I have repeatedly had issues with DNS in Windows 10. It will work one day, and the next I cannot resolve any A record. a ping of 'google.com' returns a 'could not find host' while a ping of a google IP returns great results. Likewise, in a web browser, I can browse to a Google IP but not the host name.
